ORDERING AND PAYMENT AT KEYCLUBCO.COM
Keyclubco.com is open around the clock. However, we may close the shop for maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.

To make a purchase on Keyclubco.com, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid credit card that we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old, you may still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian's consent and / or otherwise have a legal right to enter into a purchase.

You select the items you want to purchase and put them in the ‘shopping cart’. You can edit the contents of the shopping cart right up to the time of the order and you can continuously check the content and prices of the goods selected. 

All prices on Keyclubco.com include VAT.

When you are ready to order, click on ‘Checkout’, where you enter your name, address, email, telephone number and payment method.

You can change the contents of the shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by clicking on the button ‘Order and pay’. After this, your order passes to Keyclubco.com and can no longer be changed.

The payment will not be debited from your card until the goods are dispatched from our shop.

When paying with ViaBill, you are able to divide your payment into several smaller payments – up to 24 months or faster if preferred. With a credit limit of 2.000 DKK, the loan is interest-free and with a credit limit of 20.000 DKK, market conditions apply, read more here. 

You must be at least 18 years old with a registered Danish address in order to pay with ViaBill. When choosing ViaBill as your payment method, you will be guided through a few steps, where you will be evaluated for credit with an immediate response. 

Each month you will pay a minimum amount, but you always have the option to pay more or to pay the complete amount. The monthly minimum amount depends on the purchased items.

We ship to Denmark (excluding Greenland and Faroe Islands unless otherwise expressly agreed). Shipping to Denmark is free of charge for orders above DKK 495, and otherwise DKK 49. Delivery time 1-5 work days with GLS. We ship to GLS ParcelShops or to business addresses.

IF REGRETTED PURCHASE – 14 DAYS OF CANCELLATION
When you are shopping online on Keyclubco.com, you have a 14 days cancellation, where you may inform us about a regretted purchase. 

If the seal is broken on sealed items, such as perfume and beauty products, they cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons. 

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you received the items. If ordered several items, which are part delivered, the cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you receive the last item. If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Christmas Day or New Year's Day, the deadline is extended to the following work day.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days from receiving the items. Please send an e-mail to customerservice@keyclubco.com, with information about the item and your order number, or use the cancellation form on the last page of these conditions. For expedited handling, we recommend you download the cancellation form pdf here, fill it out and return to us via e-mail customerservice@keyclubco.com. 

Please note you cannot regret a purchase by refusing to accept the goods without informing us. If you refuse to accept the goods or forget to pick up the goods in a parcel shop within the stated period, and the package returns to us, all freight costs and fees regarding the return, will be your responsibility.

VARENS TILLSTÅND NÄR DU SKICKAR DEN I RETUR
Efter mottagandet måste du själv hantera varorna på ett sätt som bestämmer arten, egenskaperna och hur de fungerar. Om varan har förlorat värde och det beror på att du hade använt det annorlunda än vad som var nödvändigt för att bestämma arten, egenskapen och sättet hur varan fungerar, får du återbetalad bara en del av köpsbeloppet. Beloppet du får tillbaka beror på varans kommersiella värde, och i vissa fall kan det innebära att du bara får återbetalad fraktkostnader.

Vi rekommenderar att du returnerar varan i originalförpackningen. Om originalförpackningen saknas eller har gått sönder, kan det leda till värdeminskning.

RETUR
När du har meddelat oss att du vill ångra ditt köp, har du 14 dagar att skicka varan tillbaka till oss.

Vid retur se till att varorna är ordentligt förpackade. Det är du själv som har ansvaret för paketet/varorna tills vi tar emot dem. Spara därför postkvitto och eventuellt spåringsnummer.

Du måste bifoga en kopia av orderbekräftelsen eller annan dokumentation för ditt köp.

Du måste själv betala kostnaden för retur av varen när du ångrar ditt köp.

OBS: Vi tar inte emot paket skickade med postförskott eller paket utan distribution/till paketbutik.

ÅTERBETALNING
Om du ångrar ditt köp får du pengarna tillbaka. Om varan är i sämre tillstånd, drar vi av det belopp som du är ansvarig för.

Vi återbetalar alla betalningar som erhölls från dig, inklusive fraktkostnader (det gäller dock inga extra fraktkostnader om du har valt ett annat leveranssätt än den billigaste standardleveransen som vi erbjuder) senast 14 dagar från dagen vi har fått ditt meddelande om att du vill ångra köpet.

Beloppet överförs alltid till samma betalningsmedel som du använde för betalning. Om du till exempel betalat med ett kort returneras köpsbeloppet till det betalkort som du använde.

Vi kan hålla tillbaka betalningen tills vi får varan, om inte du skickar dokumentation på att du har skickat varan i retur.

OBS: Du kan förlora köpsbeloppet helt eller delvis. Detta händer om värdet på produkten är minskat eftersom:
• Du faktiskt har använt varan
• Varan har skadats medan du var ansvarig för den.
• Du har hanterat varan annorlunda än vad som är nödvändigt för att bestämma varans art, egenskaper och sätt hur den fungerar.
• Du har inte följt restriktionerna för ångerrätten som följd av försegling, artikeltyp mm.

REKLAMATION - ÄR DET NÅGOT FEL PÅ PRODUKTEN?
Ditt köp omfattas av köplagen, inklusive MANGELREGLER standardreglerna, när du som konsument köper varor från oss. Det innebär att du har reklamationsrätt i 2 år. Du måste kontakta oss innan du skickar varan. Detta innebär att i händelse av felaktig vara kan du antingen få den reparerad, utbytt, återbetalad eller får prisavdrag beroende av den specifika situationen.

Det är självklart ett krav på att reklamationen är berättigat och att felet inte har uppstått till följd av felaktig användning av produkten eller annat skadligt beteende.

DU MÅSTE KONTAKTA OSS INOM "RIMLIG TID"
Du måste reklamera varan inom "rimlig tid" efter att du har upptäckt brister på varan. Om du meddelar oss inom 2 månader efter det att felet upptäckts kommer reklamationen att vara aktuellt. Vi rekommenderar dock att du meddelar oss så snabbt som möjligt och inom 14 dagar efter det att felet hittades.

Du kan reklamera varan genom att kontakta oss via e-post på Keyclubco.com eller på telefon på +45 70 70 14 13.

För att vi ska kunna granska din reklamation ska vi fråga dig följande:
• Skicka oss en kort beskrivning av fel (i händelse av skada, defekt eller annat). Observera att du bör kontakta vår kundtjänst så snart du upptäcker felet.
• För att dokumentera felet måste du skicka 3-4 bilder tillsammans med beskrivningen. Felet måste tydligt framgå på minst en av bilderna. Se till att dina bilder visar hela produkten, en gång fram och bak (gäller det skor, ta också bild av sulan).
• Skicka bilder per e-post till customerservice@keyclubco.com.
• Ange vilket ordernummer varan köptes på - eller bifoga kopia av orderbekräftelse/kvitto.

We will process your complaint soon after receiving your description and photos.

When returning defect goods, Keyclubco.com will send you a prepaid return label. If you choose not to use the prepaid return label (making you responsible for all costs associated with shipping) please send the goods to:

Please note! Packages cannot be submitted in person at this address.

If the claim is justified, we will refund any reasonable shipping costs incurred when sending the goods back to us. If the claim is unjustified, you must bear all costs of transport, including our shipping costs for returning the item after the investigation.

Please remember, you are responsible for the goods until received by us, so be sure to ship it properly and to keep the receipt and the track & trace number. Be sure to keep the goods in original packaging. 

Please note! We do not accept packages sent COD or similar.

DISCOUNT CODES (VOUCHERS)
We regularly offer discount codes as part of our marketing. These codes are valid for limited periods of time and may be subject to special conditions. The codes may be limited to specific products, categories or brands.

When you use a discount code you need to buy the specified minimum amount. If you buy less than the specified minimum amount, the difference will not be refunded. Any discount code you wish to use must be entered during the buying process before you pay for the order. You cannot get credit if you forget to enter a discount code before the order is placed. Only one discount code can be used per order.

Please note! The discount is applicable on the purchase amount excluding shipping costs. If the purchase amount drops below the free shipping limit after applying the discount code, shipping costs will be added to your order.

Discount codes are transferable and can be used by the bearer. Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, vouchers or similar.

In case of fraud, attempted fraud or in case of suspected illegal activity regarding redemption of discount codes, we are entitled to cancel the discount code, to cancel the order for which the discount code was used and block your ability to use Keyclubco.com permanently.

BREACHES
In the event that the customer breaches these stated obligations, Keyclubco.com may terminate or restrict the use of the Keyclubco.com website and orders cannot be placed. 

The following grounds shall also be considered a breach:
• The customer gives an incorrect name, address, email address, phone number
• The customer harasses Keyclubco.com, our employees or our customers

Keyclubco.com reserves the right to cancel or restrict the customers’ future use of Keyclubco.com. When a question arises concerning the possible cancellation, restriction or charge of the return shipping costs, Keyclubco.com in its application of the above provisions, reserves the right to take past events into consideration. Keyclubco.com can choose to excuse occurred events and act in the way that we believe is most appropriate. 

PERSONAL DATA
When making a purchase on Keyclubco.com, we collect the following data: Name, address, phone number, email address and payment details. 

We collect and forward personal data to companies in charge of delivering goods to you. 

Personal data is stored for 5 years before deleted and the data responsible/processor is Schledermann ApS. We also collaborate with other companies who store and process data, which they do on our behalf entirely and not their own.

You have the right to obtain information about which personal data we store and process. At any time, you can object to having your data processed. In addition, you can withdraw consent to us storing and processing your data. If we store incorrect data about you, you have the right to have them corrected or deleted. Please send any inquiries regarding this to customerservice@keyclubco.com.

If you have a complaint about your purchase, please email customerservice@keyclubco.com telephone 00 45 70 70 14 13. If we fail to find a satisfactory solution, you can, if the conditions are met, direct a complaint to Forbrugerklagenævnet:

Purchases of goods at Keyclubco.com are subject to Danish law. Any disputes are decided by the ordinary Danish Courts.
